Trade Rules

6.1 Custom

6.3 Packing 

  • Unless otherwise specified, we will only adhere to its minimum packing requirements for the chosen mode of shipment. You will be responsible for covering the cost of any specialized packing, loading, or bracing that you require.

Season Pass

7.1 At its sole discretion, Sabah Football Club Sdn. Bhd. has the right to deny Season Passes and applications.

7.2 The Season Pass entitles the holder to all home league and cup games at Likas Stadium, including the FA Cup, Malaysia Cup , and Reserve League.

7.3 Season Passes are subject to the full terms of issuance, as well as the rules and legislation of FIFA, the AFC, the Malaysian Football Association, and the FIFA Ground Regulations with respect to the relevant competition.

7.4 Season Passes are non-transferable and remain Sabah Football Club’s property.

7.5 The physical Season Pass card will be free of charge. A fee of RM30 will be charged for a season pass replacement.

7.6 In the event of your Season pass is missing, stolen, or damaged, you shall immediately notify us. We shall be entitled to take safety measures upon being notified of such an incident.

7.7 Your Season Pass is your responsibility to keep secure. As a result of your failure to keep your Season Pass safe, We will not be held liable or responsible for any and all liabilities, losses, or damages that you may incur.

7.8 A Season Pass can only be used for an entry. Two or more entries to the match using the same Season Pass is not permitted.

Reservation of Rights

8.1 We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve removing all links to our Website upon request immediately. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
